Attention all Residents,

Due to damage from hail storms the townhomes complex is in need of roof replacement. Haven Roofing has been approved/contracted by your HOA Board to complete this work. This project has been in the planning stages and is fast approaching:

 

This website will track the schedule for roof work and will serve as a source of up-to-date construction information. Haven Roofing will provide a daily or weekly update to the schedule.

Below are a few bullet points on what to expect.  For a more comprehensive list you may view our "What To Expect" PDF guide here.

  

  • Access to your driveway will be required for staging of materials and debris removal on the day of installation. Please remove your vehicle from your garage or driveway.

  • Residents do not need to be present during construction since all activities will take place on the exterior of units. We will require access to the entire perimeter of your home.

  • Remove any objects around the perimeter of your residence before the project begins. (Potted plants, outdoor furniture, grills, toys, etc.)

  • Remove fragile items from walls (frames, mirrors, collectibles, etc.)

  • Pets should be removed from the yard for the safety of your animal and the roofing crew.

  • If you have a satellite dish you will experience an outage, contact your service provider to schedule re-installation of your dish. We apologize for this necessary inconvenience.

  • Please exercise extreme caution after we complete your roof. We pride ourselves on a thorough clean up; however, a few nails could be missed.
